How do I apply?

  5. If the size/floorplan is available, click “Apply Now”. If you do not see any openings, please click “Join Waitlist” to be notified of future openings

What do I need to apply?

Application Criteria: Completed Application, Government Issued ID, SSN or ITIN, Proof Of Income and Application Fee. The online application cannot be completed without uploading thee requested documents.

How do I tour a unit?

Most of our units have virtual tours on the community pages. If you would like to schedule an in-person tour please contact our office (301) 559-9111.

How do I hold an apartment?

Once your application has been approved, we require the security deposit in full to hold the apartment for you. Your deposit amount will be set by our application screening and due in certified check or money order only.

What are the utility companies?

How do I make a payment?

Application Fees- payable at the end of the application. The portal accepts credit card or ACH electronic payments.

Security Deposit: money order or cashier’s check at time of application approval.

First Month Rent: money order or cashier’s check on move in day.

Monthly Rent: Online resident payments can be made through the resident portal or the rmResident app (available from Google Play Store or Apple App Store) with credit card, ACH, or scheduled autopay.

How do I submit a maintenance request?

We accept maintenance requests via the resident portal or by calling our office (301) 559-9111.

How do I request emergency maintenance when the office is closed?

Our office phones automatically forward to our call center when we are closed. They will be able to get more information from you and have someone from our office get in touch to resolve.

What happens if I am late on rent?

Rent is due on the 1st of each month. We do offer a grace period of 5 days with rent being considered “late” as of the 6th of the month. A late fee is automatically added to the rental account as of the 6th.

What are the office hours for the main office?

We are located at 3400 Dean Dr. STE 104 Hyattsville, MD 20782. Office hours are Monday-Friday 8AM-4:30PM,

How do I submit notice and prepare for move out at the end of the lease?

Our leases require a written minimum 30 day notice to be received by our office on or before the 1st of the month.

What if I need to break my lease and move out early?

We do not have an early termination clause. If you need to move early, we do allow lease transfers- please contact our office for additional information.
